Dana and I met in Geology class and spent two semesters hanging out. We took a night class and would go out for dinner ever week. After graduation, she moved to Austin and fell in love with Dave. I was so happy to share a little part of her gorgeous wedding day.

Here’s some of my favorites:

Congrats! I wish you both many years of happiness!

Kymber (Oklahoma Winter Senior Session) Tue, 24 Feb 2015 17:13:25 +0000 This fall, I had a beautiful session with Kymber. Luckily, I got a chance to photograph her again back in January right after a gorgeous snowfall. She’s always been a fan of winter weather so we braved the cold and we able to capture these awesome pictures.

Thank you so much for choosing me to be your photographer not once, but twice, Kymber! I hope the rest of your Senior year goes fabulous!

Krisa & Ozzy (Amarillo Texas Wedding Photographer) Wed, 07 Jan 2015 20:23:43 +0000 My one and only New Year’s Resolution is to blog more. Right now, I have a long list of sessions and several weddings that need to be blogged. Today, I decided to tackle the oldest one- my best friend Krisa’s wedding.

Krisa & Ozzy tied the not at the beautiful Garden of Dreams in Amarillo, Texas last March. Their wedding was so very unique and perfect for the two of them. I had a great time shooting it, too!

Here are my favorite pictures from the day:

Wow. That was a lot of pictures! And I didn’t even share near all of them…

Congrats again, Krisa & Ozzy!

Krisa & Ozzy (Texas Couple Photography) Mon, 22 Dec 2014 03:55:23 +0000 Krisa is one of my best friends and we go way back (like to Junior High). I shot Krisa & Ozzy’s wedding pictures last Spring but I still need to blog them. I should probably make it my personal goal to be a better blogger in 2015 right? Anyway, last week, I met up with the cute newlyweds for a little Christmas session at their house. I love how these pictures came out!

I hope you and yours has a very wonderful Christmas and a even better New Year!

Happy Harvest! Tue, 14 Oct 2014 16:15:29 +0000 It’s that time of year again- early harvest! We typically don’t know if we are coming or going and spend a lot of time running around like a chicken with our heads cut off… In a few weeks, we will hopefully hit our stride and really start cutting a lot of acres down each day.

sm120141006-LP9A9661harvest@chucksI shot this photo on our very first day of harvest when we were blessed with a beautiful sunset. I would like to order up one of these each evening for about the next six weeks, please!

If you contact me and I’m a little slower responding, please be patient and know that it’s only because I’m in the middle of nowhere, locked on a tractor and jamming out to county music.

Brantley’s Cake Smash Thu, 09 Oct 2014 05:16:25 +0000 Last week, my little nephew Brantley came over to celebrate his first birthday with a cake smash. I’m pretty sure he thought it was the most amazing day of his life!

He started out a carefully, barely dipping his fingers into the frosting. Before long, he was really digging in and having a totally blast! smbrantley2-1

Between the cake and being encouraged to make a mess, the little guy was on cloud nine!

I am really looking forward to more cake smashes! They are so much fun!
